Golf Clubs Tournament Results | WGC Bridgestone Invitational

The WGC Bridgestone Invitational was held at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio. Vijay Singh won with a score of 10-under 280. Singh used the following golf clubs: Cleveland HiBore XL driver, Launcher Steel fairway wood and an Adams a3 Boxer 19-degree hybrid wood in addition to Cleveland CG1 irons (4-PW) and CG12 golf wedges. Golf Tournament Results | Legends Reno-Tahoe Open

The Legends Reno-Tahoe Open was held at the Montreux Golf and Country Club in Reno, Nevada. Parker McLachlin shot an excellent game to win on 18-under 270, using the following golf clubs: Titleist 909D2 driver, 909F2 fairway wood and Titleist 585.H utility metal clubs in addition to Titleist AP2 irons (4-PW) and Vokey Design wedges. McLachlin finished each round using an Odyssey White Hot 2-Ball putter.

The U.S. Senior Open was staged at Broadmoor, East Course in Colorado Springs, U.S. Eduardo Romero secured the title on 6-under 274 using the following golf clubs to secure his U.S. Seniors Title: 1) Callaway FT-5 driver 2) Sonartec TD 17-degree hybrid and Callaway X 18-degree hybrid (2H). Callaway X-20 irons (3-PW) and Cleveland CG14 wedges in addition to a Odyssey White Hot XG#1 putter completed his line-up of golf equipment.

Golf Tournament Results | Cox Classic

Ryan Hietala secured another win at this year’s Cox Classic – staged at Champions Run, Omaha, Neb. – scoring 19-under 265 using the following golf clubs: Cleveland HiBore XL driver with HiBore XLS fairway wood and Cleveland LDI 2 hybrid. Barclays Championship – (PGA Tour)

The Barclays Championship was held at Ridgewood Country Club, Paramus – Vijay Singh won The Barclays for a record fourth time Sunday using the following golf clubs: Cleveland HiBore XL driver and Adams a3 Boxer hybrids (16- and 19-degrees) in addition to Cleveland CG1 irons (4-PW) and CG12 wedges. Singh’s line-up of golf clubs was completed with a Never Compromise Milled Series Long putter.

Safeway Classic presented by Pepsi – (LPGA Tour)

The Safeway Classic was held at Columbia Edgewater Country Club. Cristie Kerr won the Safeway Classic on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff with Helen Alfredsson and Sophie Gustafson using the following golf clubs: Ping G10 driver, Callaway Big Bertha fairway woods (15, 18 and 21-degree). The KLM Open was staged at Kennemer Golf & Country Club, Zandvoort – Darren Clarke hauled himself into The Ryder Cup reckoning with a superb four stroke victory over Paul McGinley with a final round of 16 under par. Clarke selected the following golf clubs to win The KLM Open: TaylorMade Burner driver and TaylorMade Burner TP fairway wood. Darren opted for a set of TaylorMade rac TP irons (3-9). Boeing Classic – Champions Tour

Kite shot a final round score of 66, coming back from a three shot deficit behind Scott Simpson to clinch his second Boeing Classic title. The Northeast Pennsylvania Classic has been won by Scott Piercy at Elmhurst Country Club, Russia. Piercy fired a six-under 64 Sunday to come from behind and win the Classic. Kang. Samantha Richdale has earned her first professional win by two strokes with a finish of 1-over-par 73 whilst using a Cleveland Launcher driver and Titleist 3- and 5-woods. Richdale also selected to use a set of Miura MC-102 irons (3-PW) and TaylorMade (52- and 56-deg wedges). Samantha finished perfectly using a Titleist Scotty Cameron Newport 2 golf putter.

Well i’ve never golf but i do watch all those people golfing on my telly, so it makes me wonder that whenever my uncle said that he went golfing the other weekend – my other relatives would be like WOW cuz well, golfing is expensive and the “rich” would always be the one that could afford to play for leisure for a sport like that. Although hard to believe, I compete in Professional MIni Golf tournaments around the country and was wondering what type of ball would perform best on the green (min golf course lol). I seem to like balls with a lower compression (Maxfli Noodle, Volvik Crystal) yet after reading up on the design of golf balls, I am not sure that this is the right decision. What type of balls (compression, three piece two piece etc.) would help increase my performance.

Our company is sponsoring a golf tournament. We are going to be sponsoring some of the holes on the tee boxs handing out prizes. We need a game that we can play for the prizes. We have one game where the players try to hit a tennis ball into a bucket and if they get it in, they get a prize, but we need some more ideas for our other holes. Please Help with some ideas that you guys have done at golf tournaments, or just ones that you have heard of.
